From what I know is that you get other website owners who simply wish to get links linking back to their websites, so they use techniques called blackhat where they can post spam using programs on thousands of sites in a matter of hours/minutes.
The so called programs cannot bypass lets say the sum questions thats here or captcha that is also frequently used.
Its always a problem with spammers, I remeber I had a blog once withour spam prevention and I had about 100+ spammy comments :(
I could be blowing this right out the water (pun intended) but the 28 July the UN declared that clean, safe and water sanitation is a basic human right.
So I take it that Spain is part of the United Nations, have voted in the assembly and therefore has to adhere to the regulations. Although politics being what it is nowadays, I suspect the only way to achieve some sort of result is for your village to act and sign a partition that declares the water unsafe and not easily accesible?
Welcome to the both of you :)
Hey there fellow Saffas :)
I have met a few South Africans in Spain, one being a very good friend in Javea. Strangely I was in Spain yesterday (I left last week) but unfortunately I had to return early for personal reasons.
Ill be back in a few days though :)
Not being a "Brit" perhaps it does not relate to me, but I have had good and bad experiences with the way I have been treated in Spain. Although I look at it as simply being human regardless of nationality or background.
I spend a few months a year in Spain and those months majority of the time I am very welcomed but again as many agree I had my run in with a few bad apples.
Needless to say, Spain is a wonderful country and to allow the odd bad experience ruin your outlook should be avoided. Live and let live :)
