My name is Joni Burnett, I'm a Certified and Registered Community Administrator in Casares, Malaga. I have been a frequent visitor to eye on spain for a couple of years now and thought that it was about time that I joined the site so that I can lend a hand with the complicated (to say the least) Spanish burocracy and laws.
