Since coming to live near Estepona, I suddenly developed a brain tumor, and then two days after they operated, I had a stroke.. I am now in a wheelchair, my husband is my carer so he has not had a day off.

I had wonderful treatment at the hospital in Malaga where I was for 41/2 months, but since coming home there does not seem to be any organisations around who can give me any help?  Can any body who has been in the same position as me give me any advice on who to contact.
