How does the mortgage work in Spain? (in real terms) from what I can gather from our bank statement we are paying 6.51% ? it's suppposed to be 1% above the euribor? so all I can say is that we are now paying another £50 extra a month!!

We found that Ryanair are very deceiving!to say the least,aside from the fact that after you get the price of your flight? you then have options for your baggage? so when we flew out we had baggage one way, but having checked all their clauses!!!!!!!!!!!! and having decided we could have 2 holdalls up to 15 kg? (as each one weighed exactly 7.5kg) only to find ourselves paying double for the "excess" bag??as they decided at the airport that 2 holdalls of 7.5 kg were the equivelent of 2 pieces? other than one combined piece?, but had I thought sooner and got a luggage belt and tied both together? then? what could they have done?? certainly not charged us £16 for excess baggage! especiallly when the total weight was under 15 kg per person???? Just a BIG word of warning,don't do what we did?BUT that is only 1 company!

Can anyone please tell me why our builder has taken 600 euros from everyone to set up a community? what is this all about? as now having completed in April, and apparently someone has been elected and they're sending details to pass out yet again?? all we seem to do is pay out! but as it's all in spanish we're lost! did manage to work out that they are taking tax from rental!!!!!!! god,we were there once in May and the house has been totally locked up since then???????????? Is this normal practiced? As I only divert fundsw as necessary??
