We used Easy Flatpax for delivery to Mojacar Playa and they were excellent.                                                               

We dealt with Loria by email who was very helpful and they delivered on the day stated. They even phoned us a couple of times during the day to update us and confirm their arrival time.They didn't even require any money up front but accepted cash on delivery.

If you use Ikea for delivery they will only deliver furniture and not items from their 'market place' - duvets, sheets etc so you still have to collect those for yourself. Not a problem if you are local but not so easy for us in Mojacar.

I would definitely use them again.

Hi All.

Anyone in the Mojacar area play tennis or know anyone who does?

We have bought a property in Mojacar Playa and are visiting at the end of January. I currently play tennis and aquash and would be keen to play in Spain. Also would like to try Padel if anyone would be prepared to teach me.

Have a car so would be prepared to travel a little.

No Roberto I too am concerned about this and would be interested to hear Maria's views on the subject.

Community accounts really need to be available at an early stage rather than run up solicitors costs and arrange for money to be transferred only to find that most of the 'owners' have not paid fees for months (or longer.)

Also, in the case of Bank or Builder owned properties it would be helpful to have any outstanding fees shown on the sale details as these are just an addition to the purchase price. For properties that were repossessed years ago this could be a considerable amount. I suppose the hope is that this information will be discovered too late.

 So completely wrong that after all the stress and hassle to win the verdict the builder can just choose to ignore it.

We had a Bank Guarantee so took the bank to court. Possibly a little harder for them to ignore the decision after the judgement went against them.

I wish you every success  and would say don't give up but that is easier said then done.
