Hi

I am just putting PV cells on my roof in the UK whick is my way of doing my bit for the green economy and the Feeder In come tarriff is very good.

I have a south facing property in Huelva province and wonder if anyone knows if the Spanish have a simillar Feeder income tariff and is so who do I go to to find out information or to get the solar electric pannels instaled?

Hi All

We have a town house in Spain and are thinking of renting it out. I know we need buildings and contents insurance but are wondering about public liability insurance if for instance someone slips on the floor. Does anyone have any advice or experiences over this issue.

Thanks. The wife has taken photos of the meter etc. Looks like we may have no option but to go through our Spanish lawyer now. At least we have some info and evidence. Thanks for replying.

Thought of that but they may just cut off the correct meter rhen we would be without power and still be accruing charges for power we have not used.

Does anyone have any recomendations for mobile packages. We use it infrequently when in Spain usually to pick up texts and to make the odd local call. Our UK bill is enourmouse for the odd call so want a different package in Spain. It seems that the pay as you go ones run out if you don't use them a lot as we don't.

 

Anyone got some suggestions or advice?
