Hi, we are buying a villa and it was supposed to be completed next week but have just been told that there is no certificate of habitation.  Anyone know how long it take to get that please?

Hi,  I will be going to Campasol in June to look at a house to buy.  It has an underbuild like lots of places over there.  I was wondering if anyone has converted an underbuild on a Neptuno property and could give me a ball park figure of what it may cost

I was thinking of a living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, shower room, and 2 bedrooms.  Of course, any suggestions will be really welcome.
