Very disappointed to read about your experience regarding the pool. This is totally unacceptable but what can be done about it? I was out there for two weeks in May fully expecting to be able to swim in our pool!! It wasn'y opening until 1st June so we were back home by then. Some of the original purchasers did have deeds which stated that our property price included the pools we would have built on the site. A few of us started to try and get everyone together (with those deeds) to sue Taray. Unfortunately only a handful of us would go ahead with it so it died a death! Now to hear that the pool is only available in the afternoons is totally unacceptable!! We did hear Taray had no responsibility now for the pools etc. - who is responsible? If someone out there knows the answer to that please let us know and perhaps we can start doing something about it. "Sold down the river" is not strong enough for what Taray has done to us all!! Look forward to hearing if anyone knows who is now responsible for the Aquadel Centre.

Juner, M\any thanks for this update. You have made my day as I arrive on Sunday for two weeks and have quite a few friends coming over too! Have always supported the pool bar and always will. Looking forward to meeting the new person who is going to run it. Always thought Paco and his wife were given a rough deal by Taray. Regards Pinot

TARAY certainly let us all down. I agree with sk why don't they just let us have the pool area to look after and access whenever we need it? This is what happens on Phase 1 and what we were promised when we bought in 2006. We had such high hopes then - hopefully at the AGM's enough pressure can be brought by owners to have something constructive done. I will be out there on the 15th May for two weeks but, from what people are telling me, will certainly not be happy!!

Quite agree regarding being able to sell any of our properties. Who has been fighting our corner in all of this? I do know Taray refused to meet up with our Presidents to discuss the timings of the closure of the pool. Seems to me we have all been fighting a losing battle! Very sad!! Pinot

Jan, I quite agree with you all we ever wanted was the community pools we were promised when we bought our properties. As you say this way they would have been guaranteed that we all paid towards the cost and upkeep of the pools! Can't believe that when I am out in May with a group of friends the pool will not be open. At that time of year the temperatures are very hot so you do need the pool to cool down in. It is very sad the way things have gone in San Cayetano with no thought to the people who had properties built out there. Pinot
