I know this is a lot to expect and is a bit of a long shot but 2 good friends of mine ,are returning to UK mid August this year and are desperate to rent somewhere,preferably within the Vinuela area (Malaga) from mid June till then.

Two bedrooms would be grerat anything considered.I know this is the most expensive time of the year so price will a key factor..

Their is nothing sinister in them returning,I can supply more info on a PM if required and they can supply references.

Perhaps if not you,do you know of someone who has an empty property fpor this period?

I am driving from Santander to Malaga on Sunday 15th February and I have heard that due to snow there have been road closeures in Northern Spain.

Does anyone know the latest situation,suggest a route or a website for info?

We had a terrible journey travelling up last weekend over the mountains narrowly missing the snow that trapped 200 motorists that had rescue.

I have a good sat-nav, a map and a co-driver (Mrs Google?).

My wife and I ( both retired late 50's),will be seeking a long term rental (any type considered),located on the coast anywhere between Almayate and Torrox Costa,Costa del Sol.

Tenancy to commence on or around September for at least 11/12 months.

We are non smokers but do have a small house trained dog.

Our wish list would be:- Furnished. minimum 2 bedroom,not many stairs,pool or seating area with view of sea,

parking and nice neighbours! Our budget would be maximum 450 euros per month and references can be supplied if required.

We have been living in Spain for over 4 years now,so are in a postion to view.
