Probably a long shot - but told a friend I would put out a quick listing here just in case. His water heater just went out and needs to get a new one in soon. Can be flexible on size.

Or if anyone can advise on best place to buy a new one. He can install himself.

Hi all,

My  apologies if this info has been posted here already. I did spend quite a bit of time looking - but I haven't been able to find it, if it is posted.

Can anyone recommend a good (inexpensive), secure storage facility in the general area of San Pedro, where a friend of mine can have some furniture stored long term?
