Hi,
I know Alicante University does teach in English for some courses as I know they are part of the Erasmus scheme for studying abroad, it would probably be best to go through the Erasmus website and see what is says on there. I know that some Spanish universities will not accept ppl who have not done Spanish social studies, but through Erasmus you would be able to bypass this requirement. I went away to Denmark through Erasmus as part of my course in Liverpool university and I got incentives off the European Government, but I’m not sure if your daughter would be able to obtain these incentives if she was to do the full course abroad, must say though I had an amazing time going abroad for the semester through Erasmus.
Alicante University seems like a great place to go to university at, my sister is currently applying for next year and has taken a look at Alicante but has decided on Barcelona university because they had a better course for her.
All the best and I hope you get something sorted out, if you have any more questions send me a mail and I will help out if I can.
