As with "markfish" my wife and I used MRI although we had done some groundwork first. We wanted the costa blanca area because of the mild winters.In 07 we used our summer holiday in Benidorm to look north of Alicante and for various reasons we were able to rule this region out and concentrate on the south of Alicante. As it is our intention to retire to Spain we wanted to be close to a spanish town/village,with all amenities within walking distance.We were shown an apartment in Formentera del segura near Rojales and it seemed to offer everything we required. We purchased the apartment and look forward to regular holidays there followed by retirement living. As for MRI we had some problems with them but, after due deliberation we feel they tried to do their best,but the financial turmoil in the world around this time, added to the problems normally faced by any buisness of this type proved to be too much for them.

Hi Deerpark,

We used MRI and bought an apt on the costa blanca. On reflection I feel we could not recommend this company because we had too many hiccups along the way, and we are still waiting for the furniture package,(already paid for) to be completed. The turnover of staff at MRI must be remakable as most of them who we dealt with originaly have disapeared.
