Hi, As far as I am aware Grupo Masa are still trading. I have succeeded in taking them to court for return of my deposit for failing to even start building my house at Montecid. and that was just a few weeks ago.

If you need a good lawyer, let me know

Hi

We are buying off plan at the Grupo Masa development at Montecid, just outside Alicante. Early days yet, with an expected completion September 2008..........or later.

Been a member of Eye on Spain for several months and have found the items published extremely useful.

Keep up the good work and if anybody else is or has purchased on the same development, we would be interested to hear your comments.
