Hi

I am looking for a 3 bed unfurnished property in the area of Calahonda to Miraflores in Mijas Costa.

Ideally Townhouse, garage, garden and double bedrooms in the lower half of the areas not up the top. I have spent hours scouring websites and can find nothing suitable, if it is suitable its furnished, too expensive, not in the right area or just been let to someone else. (the list is endless) ha ha.

I am also open to other options if anyone can help eg apartment/penthouse.

I would be grateful for any help given as we are looking to move from our current property sooner rather than later.

There is nothing in this area, my daughter has been looking for 5 years, she used to do gymnastics and wanted to take it up again. Fuengirola would be a good central area and I know you would get customers as there is no competition.

Hi - builders cleans are usually done by the developers, you best bet would be to talk to property management/rental  companies, they are the ones who will deal with owners who want to rent their properties out or need someone to be a keyholder and look after it when they are not here. The Management companies will always want cleaners and they do often have to get cleaners to do a builders clean as the developers ones are generally rubbish.

Hi - El Faro is nice and you can walk to Fuengirola but I wouldn`t recommend it on a daily basis as you are looking at least a 30 minutes very brisk walk just to get to the castle (and I do mean brisk). Cala Nova is up the back of La Cala and a car is necessary it is probably closer to the back of Riviera than it is to La Cala but it is always worth looking at as the apartmets are only 2-3 years old. Not many people will rent all in as they dont know how much electric/water you will use but it is not impossible depending on what sort of room or property you are looking for. There are loads of websites but would suggest sur in english website the local english newspaper. This doesnt always have all the properties listed that are in the weekly paper but there is enough to supply you with some websites, phone nos and an idea of current prices. Everything is open to negotiation at the moment.
