Hi

I have seen some threads on non resident tax on the site but no one has answered the question of what is the legal status of a static caravan?

I had thought that they were not inmobiliaria but bienes just like a car and therefore weren't liable to the same taxes as bricks and mortar?  Any help or advice would be welcome.

I've been living in Spain for almost 3 years and now live in Alicante city.  Have a nice day all!
