I contacted Maria / Costaluz in 2008 regarding my off plan purchase.  Having looked at the case they stated I would have a 95% chance of recovery.  They gave an overview of fees and warned me to be patient and stay focussed.  They said the developers would try strong arm tactics, which they did, but to ignore it.  I even had them approach me in the UK for the money.  I ignored them and followed their advice throughout the case.

It has finally been settled about 11 years from the start with full recovery of the debt with interest and costs.  It has been long but rewarding journey and I would just like to thank and recommend Costaluz for all their hard work.

They kept me informed throughout and would highly recommend them ESPECIALLY when buying a property in Spain.  Many thanks / Gracias
