Hi, many thanks in advance for reading!
This is just a quick one: I have recently booked tickets on Helitt Airlines (based on Malaga) but they cancelled my flight, well in advance. They've handled it very poorly in terms of customer service. Nevertheless, they're expected to refund the ticket but am still waiting.
My question is how long does a company (any really but airlines in particular) have to actually issue a refund? I'm assuming they can't hoard people's money indefinitely under the pretense that it's "being processed". I mean it's been 2 months and I'm starting to think they have little incentive..
Cheers,
