Hi Laury,
Spain was always going to be 6 months here and 6 months there Ian (my husband )suffers with a really bad back so much so that in the winter he finds it hard to cope we thought that the weather would be better for him then , but at the moment he is very downhearted about the whole thing, fingers crossed it does go ahead as it is a lovely area .

Hi Laury.
Glad it helps, ACC stands for Almonzora Country Club which is in Almeria still dont know whether it will ever be built even after 2 years of waiting . We paid £350 for the HIPS which i suppose isnt bad as we thought it was going to be a lot more . Hope it all goes well for you with your sale, weve had 2 offers so far but still to low maybe the next viewer (4.30this afternoon) might make a better one as we really want to leave London and go back to Northumberland ,25 years here is quite long enough thankyou.

Hi Deerpark ,
We used M.RI to purchase a villa on A.C.C in october 2005 everyone who we had initial contact with has left the company. Saying that the rep we had show us around the area was one we requested as we had already met him while on holiday in Roquetas in april 2005 went to office and he took the time to show us the area good and bad parts so better the devil you know. The only problem we have is that no one bothers to let us know what is going on the only contact we have had with M.R.I. reccomended solicitors was on signing to reserve a donnana and thats that. We only find out what is going on by checking out the owners forum so maybe mri are not the best company for after sales service.
