Just to let you know I have been using a company called Global currencies direct based in Playa Flamenca.  They have been brilliant.  The girl I have dealt with is Michelle.  They can freeze a rate for you for up to a year and you only need to pay 10%.  This is excellent at the moment if you are taking money back to the UK as the rate was an awful1.13 on Friday. Hi this is known as fractional ownership not time share as you are selling a physical percentage of bricks and morter unlike timeshare which is selling an allocation of time. It is becoming more and more popular as the credit crunch hits harder.  Maria the lawyer who is on here will have some legal advise for you.  I would recommend once you have sorted the legals out to advertise in local press or online.

Im not sure why i am justifying myself on here.  I am not an agent I do work for a spanish builder but not as an agent.  I got the job because I had bought through the company previously but I now have to sell.  If I was trying to promote the company then I would surely put their website on here as you have put yours.  Once again I apologise if anyone has taken my post the wrong way.

I had tried to cancel the sale but couldnt get out of the contract but the company has thrown in the car aswell more out of good will because they wouldnt give my deposit back.

No I didnt say I was an agent.  If you must know Im having to sell because i bought offplan a few years ago and cant afford to complete.  Im not really sure what your problem is or why you feel the need to be so rude.  I am not an agent but I am in a bad situation.  I clearly chose the wrong forum to go on.  Im sorry if anyone else thought I was an agent but Im not.
