Hi to all members,

My husband Tony and I stumbled across this site by pure chance last week-end and wish we had have found it 12 months back as it would have been nice to share our first time buyer worries with other folk in the same position.

We go the 25th Feb 08 to pick up our keys and hope we have everything in place that we need, if anyone wishes to share there recent experience I would be most grateful.
