Did anyone visit Spain in the sixties?

I suppose, now that my brother lives in Spain, he is making me feel nostalic!

I was there for the winter of 1964 and for the winter of 1966, the latter on an exchange visit.

I can remember a wild country, without tall hotels and appartments;  where there were more donkeys than cars and where, in a few areas, people were living in on the beach in caves.I had a Roberts portable radio with me which I took to the beach and where a whole crowd of enthusiastics  appeared!
