We have lived in Spain for 10+ years and our property was severly damaged in the floods pre Christmas. We were hoping that the national and regional flood grant announcements would assist us in repairs but whenever we enquire we are told that any available money is being used soley for infrasture work eg roads and utilities. Is that the case? Can any ex pats direct to where they have been successful please?
