A question regarding Santa Maria Green Hills. Hypothetically if by chance I found an interested persons to bye this three Bed two Bath apartment without a completion licence. Would this be illegal and would the agent involved be liable for a fine?
The would be buyer would be made fully aware of the missing completion licence, hence the stressed price . Also the buyer would not need a mortgage so the bank is not the issue. As the purchaser would be buying the said property at 80,000€ discount or less than the off plan price of 400,000€ would the Notary sign it over even though all parties are totally aware of the risk of maybe never obtaining a licence . Thank you
