Hi we are hoping to purchase an apartment at Brisas very shortly to get to the nitty gritty, the estate agent keeps telling us that community fees have not been set up & running costs are still in the builders hands!!  From the forum I see this is clearly not the case.  Does everyone pay the same if so how much approx?  Also how long would it take to walk to Rojales, would that be along river path? Hope some one can help thanks.
