Me and my partner signed up to buy a property (unbuilt) in Fortuna Golf resort about two years ago since then we have been informed by our solicitor over in Spain that building has seesed.
We then instructed them that we wanted out of contract and required our deposit money back, we have since been informed that we need to take action through litigation. Our solicitors (plus advisors) are asking for £2500 now and £2500 after the court case!
what we need to know is this the general rule of thumb out in Spain and what is the likley out come for us?
should we get a company from the UK to represent us?
what are the chances of us getting our deposit back?
thanks Simon
