I have two apartments in El Galan area I am looking to swap for a single detached villa in the same area

The apartments are ground floor two bedroom with garden front and rear terrace south facing the second is a duplex directly above 3 bedrooms two bath 3 terraces.

Apartments value 70.000 and 90,000

looking for someone who wants to downgrade

Just a warning about Vista Print

I purchased these cards which are ok quality and delivered really fast however 18 months later I noticed £9.00 per month was being taken on my credit card aparently when you sign up for the card a small pop up appears (which I did not really take any notice of) this is signing you up to Vista rewards so be warned!

I did however manage to get a refund from them after several calls to the Caribean where they are based they have no UK contact

Take sterling over with you and pay it into your spanish bank account you will get a better rate at least you do with solbank
