Hi all

Have accepted the golden handshake and will be heading to Spain in the very near future.

I have noticed that there is a lot of property for sale on the Urb. La Marina, could anyone give me some info on this area, good or bad is welcomed

Hi

This is my first venture onto this forum.

I have taken early retirement and we are looking at relocating in Spain as soon as we  sell here.  We have spent time in the Alicante (South) and Murcia area over the past couple of years and feel this is the area we would like to relocate to.

I have seen a lot of properties in the Urb. La Marina, San Fulgencio.

Does anyone have any information on this area, good or bad.

Would love to hear from anybody on this topic
