Hi we have recently completed on phase 2 at roda and are very disapointed with the standard of finishes . Has anyone else experienced this?.
We have also had a couldn't care less attitude from the customer services dept about our problems. Unfortunately our solicitor completed on the property before the snagging was finished and now Roda are dragging their heals in recitifying the faults. Has anyone else had similar problems and how did they get resolved.?
Is there any possiblity in obtaining compensation as the apartment is unusable?
