Does anyone know a reliable agent I can put my 2 bed apartment with for long term rent?

Do they do the same checks as we do back home as I want to make sure I get a good tenant?

Hi Chris, I'm surprised you seem to be the only person who has thought to mention this. I'm based in Rojales so probably a bit out of your way but out of interest can you please let me know what you would charge to do a cert on a small 2 bed flat.

I found a very handy website which explains how non residents can simply do their own tax returns online but when you go through to the website it's a bit confusing and my Spanish is pretty good...

Has anyone got any advice for me, I need a step by step idiots guide if possible!
