hi , i would recommmend you contact a company called  one marbella they are connected to all agents in every part of the costa del sol , areas i would recommend are monda , coin , cartama all of which may be suitable for you for the life you want to live in Spain.

 also I can recommend a brand new company called One Marbella , they are in puerto banus but they have properties everywhere , the staff there are very friendly knowledgable and dont hard sell , they made buying a home a pleasure and relief that all of their properties are legal , something that troubled us especially when watching tv programes such as  holiday homes from hell !
