Kavanagh you seem to know so much about legal issues! 

I assume that the contract that your talking about Edze is a standard one? If there is a set completion date and it goes beyond that I suspect you would have the upper hand. Are you not using a conveyancing solicitor? I know it's hard to know just who to trust.

Please pm me or let me know WHICH lawyers you used. It seems some lawyers/solicitors are not as reputable as you would like to think.

Lawyers/Solicitor communication is extremely good when they are demanding money from their clients - but we don't get the same level of attention when its the other way round. Some solicitors don't even try to co-operate and commuicate when their egos come into play. I have never known a firm use a PR firm either to attract more business. 

I expect I will be contacted now after coming to EoS to vent my frustration.....

Not sure whats up with EoS either as my post figure never increases..it stays at 198....so miss Norman Sands, he was blunt but very straight.
