hi ,

Just to let you all know , this is not happening to any of the Spanish citizens

us non nationals are as they see us (that is the Spanish administration) soft targets

and easy to fool believe me if the Spanish think you might be an easy touch they 

will go for it we hand over our money so easly compaired to the Spanish ,I am with

my Spanish partner for 10 years we have a two bedroom appartment bought in 2008

she looks after all our affairs and there is never anything like what the Government

is trying on with you, if the EU in brussels knew this was happening they would

outlaw this practice as they did about 5 years ago with the capital gains tax they

had it 20% if you are Spanish buy 35% for us I am Irish  it is now a level rate for 

us all including the Spanish they are ripoff merchants.

This whole business with fuel and Ryanair is been very unfairly pusher mainly by the Spanish authorities , who are trying

very desperatly to establish a low fare Iberia wing of its operation and Ryanr

 

ain are their biggest competor so it seems to

me that the Spanish have a vested interest  and will do or say anything to turn the Spanish travellers off using Ryanair

evert time I travel Ryanair from Dublin/ Madrid I find that  90%  traveling are SPANISH ,

yes I am talking about arenal duquesa and the council

people we spoke to are in Manilva town hall the section

which deal with our type of developments they are not in the

town hall building but further down the main street.

Hi Folks.

New member guss here I visited the site last thursday and the cajasur

guy showed me around and let us into a show flat in block 11 I can tell

you the size of the flat is nowhere near the advertised sizes in any of

litrature in the promotions I did not have a tape measure with me

but the flat looked no more than 65sqm the smallest in the development

is supposed to be 81sqm I recken when the council come to check out

things before granting the licence that is when the real problems will

start they will not let anything go any anymore.

I spoke with them later that evening through my spanish girlfriend

and this seems to be how they do things now.

also they told us that the commercial centre in front of out development

has been paralised he didnt say why they did this
