we are in our 30s and have  a sober lifestile,no kids, and would like to move to sunny Spain,we have a couple of 100K available,so we don't need to work for the forseeable future.

is the fact that we are not working and without spanish bank account going to prevent us from renting long term?

if we find a flat in the region of 450 euros a month,what are the other costs(council tax?)
