Hi,

Anybody on here had to fill out a modulo 720 form with UK bank details ?  

Do we have to put the Tax Identification Number for the bank?  (Seems uk doesn't do TIN's and we can use 10 digit Unique Tax Number) and Santander cust support isn't being very helpful.
