What was the point of this guy from HiFX posting a PR exercise message here when he doesn't even have the front to resolve the issue publicly? He has seriously dented any credibility he and his dodgy organisation may have had by ignoring a customers valid complaint. This is exactly the kind of company that pays lip service to "great customer service" but never back it up.
I have heard quite a few scare stories about HiFX severely delaying peoples funds (maybe they want to make an extra few days interest out of all of our hard-earned money). I for one would never trust them with sending my money again...
