We bought our apartment from the owner of the complex who is now the self elected President! Most of us bought our apartments over a year ago. The president has refused to call a meeting.  Most of the owners have refused to pay community fees until a meeting is called and a committe set up. The latest from the President is that there is no point calling a meeting as only four owners have paid fees and all non payers have no vote. Just to add  he has not got all the apartments sold. We the owners want a meeting .. what is our legal position?
