I understand the language and translation difficulty but, I am still not fully understanding what Maria is saying. I am not being awkward but this is a legal dispute involving a reasonable amount of money.

What are the fees if it is a win and what are they if we lose

I accept what Maria is now clarifying there is a fee structure but, the Ad led people to believe there was  nothing to pay upfront. I would happily pay double any fees if I coul have my monies retrieve first and Allow maria to take her payment direct from these monies

Well after accepting that I had lost all monies on my attempted Spanish home purchase I see the Ad. on this site placed by CostaLuzLawyers.-No win no fee - After corresponding with them and supplying details they come back to me advising that I have a very good chance of having my money returned. I first have to send them money upfront for various fees. More money into the black hole that is Spain. Thanks but no thanks
