Hi, we are Jan and Martin goodson and we have an apartment in phase one, we can only visit a couple of times a year at the moment but Matin retires next year "yipee" and we are planning to spend more time in the sunshine. We have a great croud on the complex,I expect you know most of our nieghbours. Richard and Vivien, Betty and Owen and many new friends that like us come and go through the year. look forward to joining the forum and I expect we shall be picking your brains when things that we dont understand crop up as I,m sure they will.
