My partner, myself and our Labrador are looking to escape the English winters and rent a property for 6 months in Almeria.  We are struggling to find accomodation that allows pets.  Can anyone suggest any agents or sites that we can contact that may be able to help.  We are concentrating our search around Garrucha, Vera etc.

Good to hear Chris & Julie have been lucky and got their money back.  Our case has been ongoing for over 3 years and despite winning every Court judgement and appeal we have still not received a penny.  Seizure of assets claim against the bank was issued in January but still nothing.  We really have no faith in the Courts or ever getting our money back.

Hi Maria

We are buying from Polaris World and their contract states completion within 18months from start of construction.  Our development was due to have been completed summer 2008, we have now been advised that it has not been started and will not be ready until earliest end 2009.  We have received bank guarantees for the deposit and first payment, but not the second payment.  Can we ask for a refund due to the delay or have Polaris covered themselves with their clever wording.

Your advice would be appreciated as we were due to relocate end of this year.
