Hi everyone,

We were just wondering whether the property any of you  bought through OVP was named Los Millares de Miraflores when you bought it.  Ours was and is now obviously part of Angel de Miraflores.!!!! I wonder what happened to the name we bought under??? By the way - still haven't completed and GVA tell us that they are on the case!!  Still also haven't heard from anyone who has completed in block 7.  Has anybody had any luck in this block?

Has anyone looked at Aifos home page - you will see that they are selling apartments at Angel de Miraflores ( pictures included which are definitely the ones in Riviera del Sol) which they say are in Mijas  !!!!!!!!  What the hell is going on here and has anyone yet completed with GVA in apartment 7???I am getting sick and tired of being fobbed off by these lawyers saying that Aifos are only completing 10 apartments every 15 days,  what sort of company works like this and are we ever going to get the keys to the property on which we put our life savings!!!!

I don't know if we can take much more of this and what on earth can we do about it from over here.  Not all of us can just drop everything to sort this out.

Keith & I are thinking of re-locating to our apartment and setting up a cleaning/gardening/changeover airport/pickup service.  If anyone would be interested in this please let us know.  We have  been in the hotel industry for over 30 years and am sure we could provide a fabulous service to other apartment owners at Angel.

PARKING - in our contract it specically includes parking and storage space in the original price. ( we are buying in block 7) and so we are expecting to receive this when we complete.  Is there anyone out there also buying in block 7 - we seem to be the only people on the planet that are in this block!!!  Has anyone got a garage who has already completed and if so were they with OVP and what block are you in?  I'm beginnning to wish we had bought on the Costa Blanca where relatives bought off plan - everything finished and the keys in their hands within 16 months!!!! They've had no problems at all and so it must be down to OVP all the problems we've had especially as all the other blocks were sold through another agent and seem to have completed long before us.
