Has anyone got a problem with their picture quality, we have.
Following Teleast 'improvement' work (supposed) at the end of May, we were unable to get British TV for 5 days. After several visits to Resortalia and Teleast we managed to get an engineer who got our picture back but with poor quality. We complained once again and were advised by Resortalia that we may have to pay Teleast 50 euros to get the decent picture that we had previously and we were told that no one else had complained on Phase 1. That may be that the majority of Phase 1 are Spanish residents or renters. The Spanish channels are OK. This cannot be right, we pay in our community fees for a decent TV service and we should be entitled to have one.
