Hi

Please can anyone help with my problem?

I own a house in spain and lost my job last year and could not afford the mortgage payments anymore.aI went to the bank to see if they could help but they said no

and if we never kept up the payments the house would be repossessed and the bank will come after us in the uk for any money still owed.

I stopped making payment towards the mortgage in oct 09 put the house up for sale really cheap to repay the outstanding mortgae and cut my losses but

no viewings at all! I have now recieved a email from the bank saying they want to offer this  "dacion en pago" to help us clear our debt and mortgage.

I have never heard of this before and why offer it now? The email says it will cost us no money to sign it over to them all we need is to go out there and sign

and that will be the end of it.Please can someone help as im not sure if this true and i don't know anyone who has been through this.

THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT I OWE 2 YEARS WORTH OF SUMA NOW AND IM A BIT WORRIED!

IM NOT GOING OVER TO SPAIN THIS YEAR AND REALLY WOULD LIKE TO GET THIS SORTED OUT FROM THIS END,SO IF ANYONE HAS ANY ASWERS PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Hi

I need your help! I moved to spain and took my english car with me.i then tranfered it to spanish number plates.

I have moved back to the uk and brought the car back with me and put it back onto english number plates and sold the car 1 year ago, but im still being charged suma on the car.  thought when i went to dvla and put the car back onto english plates dvla would let traffico know? i have been told i need to go to traffico in alicante with the correct paperwork but my spainish is not very good!

please can someone tell me how i can sort this problem out from here in the uk, or is the anyone who can offer me a service and do this for me, thanks,

i have a house on the costa blanca(lo crispin algorfa)
i may have a cash buyer and was wondering how quick the sale could go through?
and what tax etc i need to allow for? any advise would be helpful! thanks

hi,i lived on lo crispin for 1 year i came home last year.i was last over there in nov 07 and there are still no bars etc open you for sure will need a car.lets hope 2008 they will open the bars etc but they have been saying they will be open soon!!!! for over 1 year now, i still have a house on lo crispin so i cant wait for them either!
