I am 69 and my residencia  is due for  renewal IN November. I will have to stand outside GANDIA POLICE STATION FOR HOURS.  This however DOES not say I will be seen. I could well be told after hours of standing outside in what ever weather prevails to come back tomorrow. Its third world red tape Gone mad.  Ask about an appointment system you get the SPANISH SHOULDER SHUFFLE.  If I find this has not changed in  NOVEMBER they can stick it like the moneys

PS.what use is the green A4 GREEN PAPER anyway?.

To late now bought the manual . It would only take me 30 sec also on ownersmanual.UNFORTUNATLY at the time they did not have  my model Venge 1.4 MANUAL 2012.

I bought new KIA in APRIL and was promised a user manual in English. I have been back to the dealership so many times I have given up and bought one on e bay. The dealer is just not interested. He sold the car end of story. No after sales care at all. Just hope the servicing  is better. I have ever e mailed kia HQ in Madrid . NOTHING.
