Can anyone help again today 23/7/2013 I have just got one of my Bank Guarantees the solicitor told me she has had them since 2009 in a file in her office .Does anyone know how I can get my money back, now I have got them.

I have already posted a thread I am trying to find out if anyone has or is trying to buy the property B7 G4 071D Condado de Alhama-La Isla  .Anyone who is selling the property I must tell them we have still have  an interest in it as we gave euros 66,000 for a deposit .Who ever thinks they own the property I would like them to get in touch with me .Many thanks Ken Hawkins

Hi has anybody bought our apartment Condado La Isla B7 Gd 071D  in Murcia .We gave a euros 66,000 deposit  and never received any bank guarantees either from Polaris or the Bank .Any information we would be grateful.

I feel for the people in Spain who are having the threat of losing their properties,at least they have one to lose .We put a deposit of £66,000 on a property in Murcia ,Parador Properties have taken our money and we have not had anything for it .I have been over to Spain numerous times to try and talk to some one but to no avail .We also have felt suicidal for the last four years and have struggled financially at an age when we should be looking to our retirement .I am working at my age 13 hour days again ,working away from home ,all the time trying to get Parador Properties to be compassionate and at least give me back Euros 40,000 i know under Spanish law they can only keep 1/4 of my money .Are their still any honset companies left in Spain

Hi HERB THANKS FOR YOUR COMMENT .I AM SORRY TO SAY THE POLICE DO KNOW ALL ABOUT THESE ROBBERIES AS THEY TOLD ME ITS USUALLY SOUTH AMERICANS AS THEY ALSO SPEAK SPANISH.WHEN I WAS CARJACKED I WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE MOTORWAY JUMPING UP AND DOWN LIKE A MAD MAN AS A VAN WITH 3 POLICE WENT PAST I WAS WAVING MY ARMS AND NEARLY STANDING IN THE ROAD TRYING TO GET THEIR ATTENTION THEY JUST LOOKED AT ME DRIVING PAST.THE PROBLEMS I HAD AFTER WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY TRYING TO MAKE A CLAIM .IN THE AUDI A5 WHERE 5 PEOPLE A FEW DAYS LATER I REMEMBERED THAT 1 OF THEM WAS A WOMAN IN THE BACK SEAT .WHEN WE GOT TO MY SISTERINLAWS VILLAGE ANOTHER BRIT TOLD ME HE HAD BEEN CARJACKED HE HAD HAD A GUN TO HIS HEAD THAT WAS AROUND MADRID  THEY TOOK OVER £25,000 HE WAS GIVING TO HIS BUILDER
