Nothing to do with solstice.
The Astra satellite does not have a single transmitting antenna but a substantial number of individual transmitting arrays each of which is controlled electronically and remotely by uplink commands. These commands control not only the direction but also the signal strength that combine to make the rceived signal footprint.
This was done a number of times over the last few weeks so the footprint is now different with some areas of Spain getting good signals and there areas none.
