Im with Deutsche Bank and I am charged 13,47 a quarter for a res account regardless how much money is in the account.  Cant change banks because I have my morgage with them. Hate their banking system.

 Thats great if you are in Spain. What are the costs from the UK?  I tried ringing them on their Endesa Sevillana number,  they supply Malaga, which costs me, and an answer machine gave me this number. I am not receiving bills from Endesa and for the life of me I cannot sort it out. I cant register for online office because I havent got a recent bill. Ive been going round in circles with emails and trying to contact them by phone. Any suggestions???

Thank you all for your advice and opinions. Yes I wish we all did have a crystal ball. Im still undecided as to what to do. Pay off some of the mortgage or wait and see what happens to the euro. Any Clairvoyants out there???.

Why are Estate Agents still charging high commission charges, on the Costa Del Sol, anyway?  Is it not them that are deflating house prices because they are greedy and want quick sales???
