Hi
Can anyone one tell me if the Spanish law says every house owner, has by law, to have a key to the gate of the communal garden? We have a garden that is surrounded by the houses so everyone has access to the garden through their house, apart from 6 houses who have been given a key for the gate to the garden.
We dont want everyone to have a key as some owners were suspected of handing out their keys to friends so their friends could use the pool whenever they liked. It was hard to keep track of who were owners and who wasn't. It certainly seems to have worked cutting down the visitors but now some owners say it is their legal right to have a key to the gate.
Does anyone one know the spanish law on this subject?
