Has anyone managed to get their money back yet? Our solicitors have written to urbasas solicitors to no avail and a letter sent to the address that we had for the bank in elche was returned as not there

HAVING BOUGHT ANOTHER PROPERTY IN ALMORADI AFTER NOT WANTING TO LOSE THE DREAM, I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE BUILDING HAS BEEN SYSTEMATICALLY STRIPPED OF ANYTHING THAT CAN BE SOLD.

THERE ISN'T ANY METAL DOORS ON THE ROOF OR ANY PIPEWORK LEFT, ALL THE WONDOWS AND SHUTTER HAVE NOW ALL GONE AND BECAUSE A MALE FELL AND DIED IN THERE THE TOWN HALL HAD THE ENTRANCES BRICKED UP BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE LAND BECAUSE HE GOT THE LAND BACK WITH THE BUILDING ON IT BECAUSE HE HADN'T BEEN PAID EITHER

MY VIEW IS THAT THE BEST THING WOULD BE TO KNOCK IT DOWN NOW BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY EMPTY NEW APARTMENTS FOR SALE - WE HAVE SEEN SOME FOR 25K IN THE ESTATE AGENTS WINDOWS - NO-ONE WILL TAKE THIS ON AND REPAIR IT.

THE ORIGINAL BANK SHOULD HAVE SOME RESPONSIBILTY FOR THIS BECAUSE THEY FORECLOSED ON THE BUILDER AND IF THEY HAD GOT IN TOUCH WITH US ALL, I'M SURE WE COULD HAVE CLUBBED TOGETHER TO GET IT FINISHED - IN 2006 MY APARTMENT JUST NEEDED 2 X BATHROOM SUITES, A KITCHEN AND DOORS - EVERYTHING ELSE WAS THERE.

WE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE IN MAY 2008

hi folks - we have now bought an apartment in another block now, but we have heard that the builder hadn't paid for the land and so the land owner has been awarded his land back and the building - but that he doesn't want the building on it!

also, last year when Palmera contacted us to take another apartment they told us to forget all about the amarion - but by this time we had already bought another one and just wanted our money back

looking at the communications on this page - what about the people such as us who have done everything above board and the developer doesn't complete the contract. We have lost £20,000.00 and we have heard that the builder is in jail, but where are our rights?

the agents say they can give us another development, but we want our money back, but are being told we will never get it!

seems to me that the Spanish law is only suiting one side
