I feel sure that it will be a wonderful place. 

It is obviously lack of money causing most problems

I put in place with my lawyers payment for when water was connected I would be paying the bill.  so not surprised by last post.  The electric supply is still free.

It is good to hear that the promised exit to toll road is going ahead it will make the devolopment a great investment.

Hi everyone

I am astounded that some of you have still not completed, my solicitors put pressure on me as they told me if I did not I would loose my deposit and have to pay interest.  They had received licence of occupation and that was all that was needed for me to complete, I even went to another solicitor asking whether this was indeed the case and was told that it would be difficult to try and delay on the grounds of unfinished roads lighting etc. as the apartment was ready to occupy. 

On the up side I have spent five weeks in my apartment and had a great time dispite lots of unfinished area's it is still a beautiful layout and the views are fantastic.  Some of you are saying that the bridge is being built over the toll this should make such a difference to access.

Good look to you all, hope I meet up with you in the future.

Hi Thea & Peter

The lifts were not working when I left, but there was a lot of work being done to get the site finished.  The weather is still glorious according to my daughter who phoned yesterday, so lucky you  I am sure you will have a great time.

Found some good restaurants in Benavista and Benahavis.

Maybe we will meet up sometime in the future?

You and me as far as orientation goes the best on the site!  We get the sun from morning til night and I think the best aspect  .
