The Foreign Residents Department has organized for this Thursday, 26th September, in the Las Viñas Center in Manilva, near the fire department station, a lecture about the benefits of the padron registration, the IBI discounts approved by the local council, plus other matters of interest for the local residents. Lecture will begin at 18.00 and for more information you can call 952893548 or email extranjeros@ayto-manilva.com After the lecture, the assistants will be invited for some drinks and tapas. Free parking is available in the Parking in the police station building. We hope you will be able to join us.

The Manilva Foreign Residents Department are organizing on the 21st February 2013, at 17:00 in Villa Matilde, Sabinillas (opposite Supersol, heading to Manilva village) a lecture about the new law for Foreign Residents, NIE and padron and other issues currently of interest for the foreign community.

We have all been in the situation of asking what, how and where I go in order to sort out the paperwork. This lecture will hopefully give you the answers you need and also it will introduce the Department of Foreign Residents as the friendly team willing to attend your questions and help in the daily matters.

The event is sponsored by La Caixa Bank and after will also enjoy some tapas and drinks.

For the IBI Reduction for Phase 1 there was an error which needed to be arranged. That is that the common areas had a wrong procentage declared, so now, for 2010, 2011 and maybe 2012, owners of Phase 1 were sent a letter with the review and with that letter you can come to the IBI office in Manilva and ask for the return of the difference.

With regards to the IBI reduction mentioned in the post below, is offered by the town hall and  the following owners can qualify:

1. Own just one property in Spain and be registered on the padron in this address.

2. Have the following maximum income: 15.975€/ year  for 1 individual, 28.755 €/ year for 2 individuals, 40.737 €/year for 3 individuals, 54.316€/ year for 4 individuals and 63.901 €/ year for 5 or more.

3. The cadastral value cannot be higher than 160.000 euros with exception of a maximum of 200.000 euros if the family income per year is not higher than the 75% of the values above.

4. You need the direct debit of the IBI and a certificate from the patronato office in Manilva that you don´t have any debts and your ID.

You can leave the documents in Urbanismo (Town Planning), second floor in Manilva, on top of Local Police, ask for Valentina.

The deadline is the 28th February 2013.

 

El ayuntamiento de Manilva abre el plazo para las bonificaciones de IBI para vivienda habitual o local comercial. Para mas información o para recoger los documentos necesarios dirijese a cualquier oficina del Ayuntamiento de Manilva, Sabinillas o el Castillo o incluso a través de mensaje privado con nosotros. La fecha límite para presentar la documentación es el 28 de febrero 2013.
